How Stupid Are We?
Something very noticeable lately is our inability to look at very recent history. The excitement of now clouds the memory of yesterday.
Here’s one I noticed that’s just incredibly scary. Jones specializes in dramatizing even the most of mundane of small facts to form a conspiracy theories. Even he notices how ridiculous the release of Obama’s forged birth certificate was. The importance here is not whether or not Obama is a U.S. citizen, it’s the ridiculous forgery that was presented. It could be a fake version of the real thing. The point is that it’s so ridiculous that even the most novice of millions of Photoshop users can see what was done. Obama was enjoying the argument about his lack of a birth certificate. It’s a tool for him to make his naysayers look foolish. No matter how you look at it, this is deceptive. They released that around late April 20011.
On May 1st, 2011, Osama Bin Laden is killed right? A super secret raid by a super secret SEAL unit kills him, takes his body to a ship, then dumps it in the ocean after a DNA analysis is performed in record time. There’s even a downed chopper in the raid. Ok. That’s all the average Joe knows and he only knows that’s what news sources tell him. Obama came out and told us so too. The same guy willing to put together a Photoshop document that is very clearly manipulated tells us, so you have to believe him right? Got any questions, then you’re a conspiracy theorist whack job. Who are you to ask questions? They’re telling you what happened on TV for the love of Pete. It’s real handy that this news came immediately after the release of the birth certificate.
The premise for the war in Afghanistan was that we were trying to kill Bin Laden. If they killed him and had no viable way of proving to the public that it did happen, I would have believe a story telling us that Bin Laden was no longer a threat and that we were leaving Afghanistan. We’re not. We were never given information about who the new threat is that we are there for either. We’re just staying.
Then, I see that Diebold voting machines are easy enough to be hacked by middle school student with a few dollars worth of parts. Ok, no big deal. How would someone stand around a poll rigging the contraption without an entire crowd noticing? Probably not conceivable. Stupid that they made them this way, but what are the chances of someone doing this without being arrested. Then, I see for a few dollars more, you can hack them with a wireless connection.
First there was this hack -
Then, Argonne National Labs comes out with this.
I can’t think of any purpose that voting machines should be made with the ability for a remote connection. They can be made so proprietary that it would be very difficult to do this type of hack. It is as if they clearly want people to hack the machines.
These are just a few things that come to mind that have recently been in the news. When anyone brings them up, they get ridiculed! Things that anyone of average intelligence would question are treated as stupid questions. Look at the way just these 3 events went.
- The birth certificate doesn’t really matter. He’s there. They’re not going to revoke the election. It’s trivial at this point.
- Bin Laden is killed. Again, trivial in the big picture, but more serious. Think about how much money has been spent and lives lost under the claim that we were trying to find him.
- We find that it’s very simple to rig an election with almost no evidence of tampering. Our entire government very possibly could very well have been created with rigged elections. This could easily be brought up and any future election declared a fraud due to the lack of security.
It’s alarming that nothing is done about any of this. Nobody cares. I would think that the Diebold folks would have some serious explaining to do. I’d think anyone that passed the voting machines as a secure part of the election process would have some serious questions to answer. Just like the birth certificate and tale of Bin Laden’s death, there’s nothing. It’s swept under the rug and it’s onto the next disputable piece of news.
These few events prove to me that they are just flaunting how smart they are and how dumb the general public is. Are they right? These news events always leave people arguing with a set of facts that cannot possibly be proved. The problem is the obviously deceptive facts seem to be laid out on purpose. Yes, Obama could have a real birth certificate, but if you believe that, you still cannot deny the deceptive actions done in presenting it. Bin Laden? If it did happen the way they claim, they still revealed the SEAL team and endangered their lives for no reason then. Voter machines? Please. Diebold has made very secure ATM’s for MANY years and this is what they come up with? We have no possible way to have access to definite truths, but if we can’t see the deception, we are either collectively stupid or we just don’t care.
