Happy With The Klock Werks Windshield I patiently waited after spending quite a bit more than the price of standard Goldwing windshields. A friend told me that he swore by Klock Werks Windshields for the Harley-Davidson Street Glide and I had high hopes. I wasn’t disappointed. Besides the high recommendation from my friend, I liked … Continue reading Klock Werks Windshield On My Goldwing F6B
Cup Holder For F6B Goldwing The video has a better description of the Ram Mount Cup Holder for the Honda Goldwing F6B. Cup Holders Save Money Riding motorcycles cost money. Part of that costs is money spent on the road. Drinks purchased in the gas station add up over time. Instead of purchasing on the … Continue reading Cup Holder For Honda F6B Goldwing
Goldwing F6B Problems At 10,000 Miles At 10,000 miles, the front brakes are grabbing hard, the front end wobble is worse, and the front tire is worn out already. I’m not happy. It’s time to take it in and see what the problems are. Other than these problems, it’s a very comfortable ride.
You would think that the old bikes would be better for rain. I like the Goldwing because it keeps me drier. It just isn’t fun to clean it afterwards. So far today’s adventure have been rain and a ride past a suspected bomb threat in Newark, Ohio. It turned out to be nothing.

This is not a requirement as any quality motorcycle 10W-40 oil is sufficient. This will change at the next 12,000 mile change. … Continue reading How To Change Oil In A 2015 F6B Goldwing
In a previous post, I did a short rant about the Honda F6B Goldwing. If only that post is read, you might think I don’t care for the motorcycle. The truth is, it’s the greatest bike I’ve ever ridden in my 48 years on this earth. I only wish I would have bought any Goldwing … Continue reading F6B Goldwing First 4,000 Miles. Things I Love About This Bike.
In a short time, I’ve put 4,000 miles on my 2015 Honda Goldwing. The time and the motorcycle went fast. Some of the shine did wear off though. Problems have been found. Am I upset that such an expensive motorcycle is flawed? You bet! I’m not as saddened as I should be though. The bike … Continue reading The F6B Goldwing’s First 4,000 Miles. A Rant.
Choosing my big cruiser was an agonizing decision. Harley-Davidson for resale value? Indian for the looks? Victory for the speed and power? Then, I found this Honda FB6. Resale value? I don’t think I’ll want to sell it. Looks? I don’t shine bikes anyhow, so the matte paint will work fine. Speed and power? The … Continue reading My New Honda Goldwing F6B

The Bulletproof 500cc Hondas I came home for a weekend when I was an 18 year old soldier. I found a 1982 Honda Silverwing for $1500 at the motorcycle shop in my hometown. I took out a loan and bought it. That was the start of my appreciation for motorcycles. The bike took massive abuse. … Continue reading Vintage Honda CX500 Brings Memories
